Notes

• Cecilia 'CC' Rathburn is an adventuring courier for the "Bronze Boar Delivery & Messenger Service"  if a package needs to be moved, or a message delivered across the Known World, it is up to runners such as Cecilia to get it there. Naturally, as a Gnome, her typical beat includes flying up to the grand Gnomish city of Serraine, to the Dwarven holds at Rockholm, to the Five Shires.
• As a Free Hand Fighter, Cecilia trades versatility for being an expert in one-handed weapons, such as her +1 Keen short sword.
• Her latest package is a marked satchel from Serraine to a man living in the Barony of Kelvin. A letter that is dire enough that she has to dodge and fight several thugs who have tried to get the letter for themselves.
