Notes 

• Marquand Rentar is a member of the banished Rentar family, which includes in turn his younger brother Damas and his twin sister Venise. The Rentar family are one of several formerly prominent families of the Sunrae Empire which were banished due to their failure to defeat the northern Kingdom of Moonrae during the great war by the mad Sun Emperor. It was either death or exile, and the family chose exile.
• Like several elven companies, Marquand joined his sister in forming a smaller unit within 'The Exiles' mercenary company. Militant bands of elves who now handle security throughout the Great Saltmarsh and across the Borderlands buffer region between MoonRaes and SunRaes. Marquand is a junior officer under his sister.
• Known as the 'Wolf Prince' for his favored pelt from a northern direwolf that was brought south as part of the Great War. It requires the occasional dose of 'Prestidigitation Potion' to keep clean.
