Notes 

• Bill Stoutly is a human fighter, an axeman, trained, well, trained in combat in general, but especially using the greataxe over any other kind of weapon. As a former guardsmen, he used to be a halberdier, which was the style of the time back in his old city, but he found the axe to be multi-purpose weapon and tool.
• Carries a major magic weapon: Sturdy Greataxe of the Underground. A weapon he retrieved from an old ruin connected to the Underdark. The weapon's unique properties allow it to sense when Underdark targets such as the Drow are nearby and has enough magical energy to deliver a charge of Force damage so many times per day. The charges return after a Long Rest.
• Is good about keeping his mustached groomed with Dapper Dan's Hair Pomade.
