Notes
- Hamish Seaspray is a Stout Halfling that whose family has dwelt along the region of Bay of Blackmoor since before the first Thonian colony would establish the city and claim the bay for themselves. His folk were experienced fishermen and coastal sailors who trade with the free cities of Blackmoor, Glendower, and Coot's Watch.
- Stationed at Coot's Watch, Hamish along with the men and women located at the keep are the first line of defense against agents of the Egg of Coot that have tried infiltrate the region to stir up trouble sow defensive in the league that had formed to ensure the Egg remains contained within the far northern continent in the region.
- As a 'Seafarer,' Hamish is a trained signer and hornpipe player. His songs are said to inspire his allies to fight or work harder
