Notes

• Phocis is an 'Sanctioned Esper' which by the writs of the Celestial Chorus and the Canalis Primaris marks him as an individual who is permitted to manipulate the warp for a greater purpose. Technically he is also expected to report back when he gets too old or strays too far from the righteous path, or desires retirement, for his summary execution and cremation due to handling warp energies.
• Carries a number of drugs which can temporarily cut his higher brain functions from interacting with the Warp. He has to carry those drugs in the event that he draws too much Warp Tant and becomes a possible conduit of corruptive energy.
• Is assigned to the Pompey after Lydecker's father bought his contract. Phocis now serves Laurence on his quest to ensure Lydecker-Baker returns to being a profitable house.
