Notes 

  •  Fretick Glasgen is a 'Ghul' Abjurer. A Ghul is a humanoid background whose bodies have been exposed to some sort of necrotic event. Nearly slain on desecrated ground, exposed to nucleonics in some distant war, a failed attempted by a vampire to create a dhampir or a spawn. These individuals are mortals that have manifested a dark energy that has left them cold, scarred, and often cruel.
  • Fretick is a member of the Night Vultures Syndicate (Noctus Carrion) symbolized by their emblem of the black vulture with wings spread, talons out, and a black star over its head. The Syndicate deals in various criminal enterprises, from smuggling to fencing, to more proactive trades such as protection and kidnapping for ransom. The Syndicate is said to operate out of Port Kyna's North District.
  • Fretick is well verse in abjuration magic. In addition to general protection, which he focuses often on himself or his champion, Fretick has researched the most powerful abilities to 'hide' a subject from magical detection. This is useful when kidnapping VIP's who have influence or access to fellow magic-users who will attempt to use various means to locate them without paying the ransom.
